These Subscription Terms explain how subscriptions work in the HeartSnap:Blood Sugar&Pressure app (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By starting a subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription Options & Pricing

We offer two auto-renewable subscription plans:

Weekly Plan: $9.99 per week

Annual Plan: $39.99 per year

Introductory Offer: For first-time subscribers, the Weekly Plan is available at a special price of $0.99 for the first 7 days. After the 7-day period, it will automatically renew at the regular price of $9.99/week, unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

All prices are shown in USD and may vary by region.

2. What’s Included

A subscription unlocks premium features, such as:

Unlimited heart rate measurements

Full access to historical trends and analytics

Ad-free experience

3. Trial & Introductory Pricing

The $0.99 first-week trial is a one-time offer for new users.

After the 7-day period, the subscription will automatically renew at $9.99/week unless canceled in advance.

You will be charged $0.99 immediately upon confirmation. This is not a free trial.

You can cancel at any time via your Apple ID settings.

4. Payment & Auto-Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Manage or Cancel Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device:

Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

6. Restore Purchases

To restore previous purchases (e.g., after reinstalling the app), tap "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings menu.

7. Refund Policy
